Used for numbers, graphs, and lists.
The Grid
Columns: Letters (A, B, C)
Rows: Numbers (1, 2, 3)
Cell: e.g., A1, C5

Formulas (Maths)
Always start with an equals sign (=).

2. Presentation & Communication
PowerPoint
Used for presentations and slideshows.

New Slide: Use "Home > New Slide" to add a page.

Design: Use the "Design" tab to pick a theme (colors & fonts).

Transitions: How one slide changes to the next (e.g., Fade, Push).

Animations: Making text or images fly in or bounce.

Present: Press F5 to start the show full screen.
Teams
Your digital classroom hub.
Posts vs. Chat
- Posts (Teams): Public. Everyone in the class can see it. Good for asking help.
- Chat: Private. Direct message to a teacher or friend.
Assignments
- Click Assignments icon.
- Open the work (it opens in Word/PPT).
- Type your answers.
- Click Close.
- Click Turn In (Purple Button).
