Formulas (Maths)

Always start with an equals sign (=).

=A1 + B1
=SUM(A1:A10) // Adds up a list
=AVERAGE(A1:A10) // Finds mean

PowerPoint

Used for presentations and slideshows.

  • New Slide: Use "Home > New Slide" to add a page.
  • Design: Use the "Design" tab to pick a theme (colors & fonts).
  • Transitions: How one slide changes to the next (e.g., Fade, Push).
  • Animations: Making text or images fly in or bounce.
  • Present: Press F5 to start the show full screen.

Teams

Your digital classroom hub.

Posts vs. Chat
  • Posts (Teams): Public. Everyone in the class can see it. Good for asking help.
  • Chat: Private. Direct message to a teacher or friend.
Assignments
  1. Click Assignments icon.
  2. Open the work (it opens in Word/PPT).
  3. Type your answers.
  4. Click Close.
  5. Click Turn In (Purple Button).
